TXRX-M – Mono Guitar Signal Management System


The TXRX-M allows you to send a signal from your guitar or pedalboard via a regular mic cable up to 300 feet without noise or signal loss. For stage or studio.  Uses regular 9Vdc power.

Consisting of SEND and RECEIVE boxes, this system allows you to send your guitar signal via a regular mic cable over long distances (up to 300 feet/100m) with confidence that no noise will get into your signal and your tone stays intact on the way to the amp.  It is powered by normal (Boss-style) pedalboard-friendly 9Vdc from any supply (no special adapters needed).  The jacks are oriented specifically to integrate with your other pedals (fits easily on your board).  Uses genuine Jensen Transformers on both ends of the system for the cleanest, clearest signal and the greatest noise rejection.

A ground lift switch ensures that loop noises can be controlled with the flick of a switch.  XLR in and out on the RECEIVE box allows daisy-chaining a second RECEIVE box for driving multiple amps at the same time.

SEND Box Features:

  • Powered by 9Vdc, 20mA draw
  • 1/4 inch, high impedance input
  • 1/4 inch, low impedance buffered output
  • Balanced XLR output to send signal to the RECEIVE box
  • Jensen Transformers line transformer for the best tone

RECEIVE Box Features:

  • Totally passive, needs no power
  • XLR Balanced input
  • XLR Pass-Thru allows connection to a second RECEIVE box to a second amplifier
  • Ground Lift Switch to kill hum noise
  • Polarity Flip switch to invert the signal to the amp when needed
  • 1/4 inch output
  • Jensen Transformers line transformer for the best tone
