The Highest Performance, Dual Mode Amp Switcher

Designed at the request of Scott Eric Olivier (@casadistortion) to meet his everyday needs for high-performance signal routing to amps and DI out for recording, we worked closely with Scott on this project to ensure that the ABCS met his high standards for transparency and lack of noise as well as implementing all of the features that a professional session player would need on stage or in the studio.

Two Modes of Operation, Lots of Possibilities

Mode 1 allows the player to route a single input to 3 simultaneous outputs.  Use all 3 for amps, digital amp sim pedals, use the included TRS to XLR-M adapter to send a DI signal straight to a recording device or any combination thereof.

Mode 2 allows the player to route a stereo pair of inputs to the outputs.  Primarily, this would be routed to a pair of stereo amps, plus a DI out via the the included TRS to XLR-M adapter for a safety DI track.  The L input is routed to the A and B outs, the R input is routed to the C output.

What does it do?

• Two super quiet, high performance buffered inputs.
• Three transformer-coupled outputs with Ground Lift and Polarity Reverse switches for each.
• Footswitch per output for muting.
• Bi-color LEDs to indicate Active output or Muting.
• Runs on standard 9Vdc boss-style power at 75mA.
• Keeps signal level high and tone intact.
